Who are the local rainbow groups or organisations in your area?

Connect with them to find out what they offer and what they are working on currently.

How could you collaborate to better support rainbow people in your area? Think about short and long term goals - in what ways could you support each other’s work?

Many rainbow groups are providing valuable resources such as social support/peer support, and also sharing information about rainbow-friendly services in the area. How can you connect your service users to these spaces? Are there pathways between your organisation and rainbow organisations?

Some groups are primarily online, some meet face to face. Contact the facilitators or volunteers to find out how you can support their work. Is there information they want shared with people who are accessing your service? Are there opportunities to provide spaces for their groups to meet face to face? What could the rainbow group or organisation recommend about improving your service? Together you can create robust and flexible environments for the rainbow people who connect with your service.
