Think about the groups or programmes or services your organisation provides - are they inclusive of rainbow, trans and nonbinary people?

Encourage staff members to demonstrate rainbow competence in the design and provision of programmes. E.g “All women are welcome in our women’s group - this includes anyone who identifies as a woman.” Or set up groups that are activity based and open to all genders and welcome anyone to attend.

  • Work with rainbow people to design programmes and groups that will be inclusive and welcoming

  • Make sure all of your groups and programmes are safe and inclusive of trans and nonbinary people
